In Foreclosure?

Dear Struggling Homeowner,

If you and your family are facing foreclosure, I want to share with you a few things.

All are important.  So please listen closely.

1. There’s NOTHING to be ashamed of.  Speaking as one who’s been there, I can tell you this:  The most important resource you have right now is your mindset.  In other words, stay positive.  This situation will work itself out, it’s temporary, there is an answer and your best resource is how you approach the challenge.

When I went through foreclosure, I vowed to turn adversity into something positive.  I have done that–beyond my wildest dreams and expectations.  And I urge you to do the same.  In my book, adversity is just another word for opportunity.

3. Get involved with your religious organization.  They have programs which they are implementing to help people like you in your situation.  You need support.  And these people, your friends and neighbors want to help.

But I can tell you this–there is a way out.  You are bigger than any problems you may have right now.  Don’t let them get the best of you.
